# Qualified leads from your named accounts

We run the go-to-market work against the accounts you agreed with us and deliver qualified leads from them, each with the evidence behind it. After a fixed-fee Diagnostic, work starts on a fixed monthly Growth Subscription. Once three months of measured results support it, Growth Hybrid or Growth on Outcome can add a fee per accepted lead while retaining a fixed base fee. Your team keeps the technical evaluation, the relationship with each account, the negotiation and the close.

## How does Torke Service work?

Torke Service runs demand work against your agreed account list and delivers qualified leads with five recorded facts. A fixed-fee Diagnostic comes first, followed by a fixed monthly Growth Subscription. After three months of measured results, Growth Hybrid or Growth on Outcome may add a fee per accepted lead to a fixed base. Torke never bills per lead alone.

## Why count qualified leads and not meetings?

Each figure links to the page it comes from, so you can check it before you repeat it.

## What counts as a qualified lead

A qualified lead is the unit we deliver and, as the engagement matures, the unit we bill. It counts only when five facts are recorded.

You have five business days to reject a lead with a reason from a fixed list, and after that it counts. Every lead arrives with what the account did, when it happened and where you can check it.

1. **A named person in the buying group**, so nobody has to guess who the lead is or whether they can influence the purchase.
2. **At a target account you agreed to in writing** before the work started, so a lead from a company that could never buy doesn't count.
3. **With a need or a timing they stated in their own words**, recorded as they said it, so a download or a page visit is never passed off as a lead.
4. **With a lawful basis for contact** recorded for their country, so your team can follow up without legal risk.
5. **Not already an open opportunity in your CRM** on the day we deliver it, so we never take credit for a deal your sales team was already working.

## How an engagement runs

You can stop after any stage and keep what it produced.

### Diagnostic

In two to three weeks we find the one constraint holding your pipeline back, using your account list, recent wins and losses, your CRM definitions and your current campaigns. It ends on one of four decisions: stop, fix one barrier, run one practice, or expand later.

Stop is a real outcome. When the constraint is the product, the price or the budget, we say so, and you keep the memo and the rebuilt account list.

### Fix

A bounded piece of work for when one barrier blocks everything else, such as tracking tested before any money is spent, one set of lifecycle stages and routing in your CRM, or the pages buyers read before they speak to sales.

### Operate

Month by month, we run one practice at a time, the one the Diagnostic pointed to, and add the next only when the first has produced evidence that a connected constraint is now in the way.

## Three practices, run one at a time

Each practice starts from something your buyers do today, or fail to do, and ends in a change your team can see.

| | What changes for you | What we run |
|---|---|---|
| Visibility | Buyers and AI assistants find the company and describe the product correctly | Positioning, category language, answer engine visibility, technical SEO and the pages buyers read before they speak to sales |
| Demand | Your named accounts are covered in the week their situation changed | Fit scoring, signal monitoring, paid coverage, account-based programs, outbound, events and optional relationship mapping against one account list |
| Revenue operations | Marketing and sales count pipeline the same way, from one report | Lifecycle stages, routing, CRM structure, attribution and reporting, set up once for both teams |

## Map possible introduction paths

When a warm route could help, we compare your CRM or contact records with relationships a team member has checked directly on LinkedIn. The map shows the possible connector, the supporting record or check, and who still needs to verify the relationship. We can prepare a short introduction request for that employee to review and send, then record whether the connector agrees, declines or does not respond. We do not scrape LinkedIn or automate messages.

1. **Find a possible connector.** We match the target account and contact against relationship details your team provides, including a team member's own manual LinkedIn check.
2. **Show the evidence and verifier.** Each path carries a source reference and check date, plus the name of the employee who should confirm the connection before anyone acts on it.
3. **Prepare a request for the employee.** We draft a short note for them to review and send themselves. We record the response, and any later prospect contact still follows the usual consent and channel checks.

## What you receive every month

Every month ends with something you can forward to your board. The [method page](https://torke.tech/method) shows how accounts are scored and when outreach opens.

**The qualified leads, with their evidence**

Each lead with the five facts recorded, what the account did, when it happened and the link where you can check it.

**A written read of the month**

Accounts moved into conversations, coverage of your named list, spend against plan, what each channel contributed with its uncertainty stated, and our recommendation to keep, cut or change each line.

**Small results reported as small**

A result too small to judge is reported as too small to judge, so you never fund a channel on noise.

## A clear division of work

We run the go-to-market system around your sales team, and your people stay in every room where the deal is decided.

### What your team keeps

- Technical evaluation with the buyer's engineers
- The relationship with each account
- Negotiation and commercial terms
- The close, and every deal that comes from it

### What Torke runs

- The account list, its scoring and the signals behind it
- The practice the Diagnostic pointed to
- Tracking, routing and the monthly report
- The qualified leads and the evidence for each

## When we say no

An early no costs you the few weeks of a Diagnostic, while a late one costs months spent on a program that couldn't have worked.

**The constraint is product, price or budget**

When the Diagnostic finds that more marketing won't move pipeline, the memo says so and the engagement ends there.

**Buying groups of one or two people**

When each account has one or two named contacts, you need an outbound list rather than an account-based program, and we tell you before proposing either.

**A list too small for a per-lead plan**

When your account list can't produce the volume a per-lead plan needs, you stay on the subscription, and the monthly read shows why.

## What do teams ask about Torke Service?

Each answer stands on its own, so you can forward one to a colleague, and an assistant asked the same question can quote it as it is.

### How does Torke charge for a qualified lead?

Torke does not bill per lead alone. The Growth Subscription has a fixed monthly fee. When three months of measured results support it, Growth Hybrid or Growth on Outcome can add a fee per accepted lead to a fixed base. Each lead carries five recorded facts and can be rejected within five business days for a reason from the agreed list.

### What is the difference between pay per lead and pay per appointment?

Pay per appointment bills for a booked meeting, whatever came out of it. Pay per qualified lead bills for a named buyer at an agreed account with a need stated in their own words, so the written definition decides what is paid for.

### Can I outsource account-based marketing and keep my sales team?

Yes. With Torke Service your team keeps the technical evaluation, the account relationship, the negotiation and the close, while Torke runs the account list, scoring, signals, one practice at a time, tracking and the monthly report.

### What happens if a lead generation provider delivers bad leads?

With Torke you have five business days to reject any lead with a reason from a fixed list agreed at the start, and on the subscription a minimum lead count applies after three months, with a credit for each lead short.

### When should a company not hire an account-based marketing provider?

When the constraint is product, price or budget, when each account has only one or two contacts, which suits an outbound list better, or when the list is too small for a per-lead plan. Torke says so in the Diagnostic.

### What counts as a qualified lead

Most arguments between marketing and sales about pipeline are arguments about a definition nobody wrote down. Five recorded facts settle them before they start.
