Three ways to work with Torke

Each offer ends with something your team keeps, and all three follow the same rule: the engines run on your infrastructure and nothing leaves them without a named approval. Most teams start with the Diagnostic, because two to three weeks of evidence tells both of us whether a Build or Operate is worth your budget. The Diagnostic and a Build are quoted at a fixed price, and Operate is billed per qualified buyer meeting.

The Diagnostic finds the constraint

In two to three weeks we locate the one thing holding your pipeline back, across visibility, account selection, contact timing, buying-group proof, pipeline definitions, or product and pricing, and we tell you whether Torke can act on it.

You leave with a decision memo naming the constraint and its evidence, a corrected account book with fit, source, owner and trigger fields, and a 90-day plan with owners and stop rules. When the constraint turns out to be product, price or an absent budget, the memo says so, and you've paid for an answer before committing to anything larger.

Account timing
Your account list ranked by what changed at each company recently, with the first week's shortlist and the dated source behind every entry.
Companies with no public newsroom or job board are ranked on fit alone.
Product proof
Every product claim sorted into provable, conditional and unproven, each shown next to the sentence in your documents that supports it.
A claim with no document behind it stays unproven until your engineers supply one.
Data flow
A one-page map of where your client and product data goes today, and which parts could run on your own hardware, written so your security team can sign it off.
We produce the map, and any change to your security setup stays with your team.

A Build installs one engine on your infrastructure

You choose the engine the Diagnostic points to. It runs on your data and in your team's voice, and after handover it belongs to you.

  • Signal engine

Every Monday your team gets a ranked list of accounts, and each score shows the event behind it, its date and the link. It reads public job boards, newsrooms and company reports, and your own website and CRM activity comes in by file import.

    Where it stops

It never logs into LinkedIn, gated portals or paid intent services.

  • Evidence engine

A library of approved product claims, each tagged with the buyer roles allowed to see it and a review date. A named reviewer approves every claim against the exact passage it came from, and when a source document changes, the claims built on it go back for review.

    Where it stops

The engine quotes your documents accurately, and whether a claim is true stays with your reviewer.

  • Outbound draft engine

One draft email per qualified account, in your team's voice, waiting for someone to approve it. Every fact is checked word for word against its source page, the finished email is screened for spam patterns, and the engine has no way to send anything on its own.

    Where it stops

It is in testing on sample companies, and we share its measured approval rate before you commit to it.

Operate puts the engines to work every week

We run the engines and the practices against your account book, and each month you get a written read on what to keep funding, what to cut and what can't be read yet, measured in accounts moving into conversations with your sales team. You pay per qualified buyer meeting, meaning a held meeting with a named member of the buying group at an account on the book we agreed before launch, and each one is invoiced with the signal and the source link that opened it.

What you seeWhere it stops
Signal-led account program Your top accounts get individual outreach in the week their signal fires, opened on a fact the engine collected and linked Your sales team takes the meeting, within a response time we agree before launch
Paid warming The buying group sees the program before any email arrives, and the budget is checked against the impressions the plan needs before anything is built If your audience is too small for the budget, you hear it before money is spent
Measurement Tracking tested end to end before any spend, then a monthly report with the uncertainty stated on every result Conversions reported by an ad platform are never counted as pipeline

Why most teams start small

The Diagnostic is small enough to approve without a committee, and you keep the memo and the corrected account book whatever you decide next. A Build leaves an engine on your side that keeps working after we leave. Operate makes sense once an engine has shown, on your own data, what it produces, which is why we never open an engagement there, and it is also the point where we take on the risk, since from then on we are paid per meeting.

Bring us the problem

Tell us what your team sells, who buys it and where deals stop moving. You'll get a written reply saying whether a Diagnostic makes sense for you, and if it doesn't, the reason.
