Fixed fee first, hybrid after evidence

Torke Service starts with a fixed-fee Diagnostic, then a fixed monthly Growth Subscription. After three months of measured results, you may move to Growth Hybrid or Growth on Outcome. Both keep a fixed base fee and add a fee per accepted lead; Torke never bills per lead alone. Every price is quoted in writing, media spend passes through at cost, and the Diagnostic fee is credited against your first months if you continue.

You pay for what was delivered A receipt with one fixed line and a line for each qualified lead, each checked, adding up to a mint total: the bill shows what you paid for.

How does Torke price lead generation?

Torke Service starts with a fixed-fee Diagnostic, then a fixed monthly Growth Subscription. After three months of measured results, Growth Hybrid or Growth on Outcome may replace the subscription with a fixed base fee plus a fee per accepted lead. Torke never bills per lead alone. Media passes through at cost, and prices are quoted in writing.

Three Growth plans

Every client starts on the Growth Subscription and can move to the next plan once three months of measured results show the list can produce the volume.

We don't publish rates on this site, because a fair price per lead depends on what your list produces, and the Diagnostic is where those inputs are measured. Why per-lead pricing starts as a subscription

How pricing changes after measured results

A fixed base fee remains in place when a plan adds a fee per accepted lead.

  1. Diagnostic. A fixed fee, quoted in writing before work starts. We measure your list, your definitions and your current campaigns, and agree the lead definition and the rejection reasons.

  2. Months one to three on the subscription. We run the practice the Diagnostic pointed to and deliver leads, while the cost and the volume per lead are measured.

  3. Growth Hybrid. Once three months of data support the expected volume, a lower fixed base fee plus a fee per accepted lead may replace the subscription.

  4. Growth on Outcome. When measured results continue to support the volume, a base fee plus a higher fee per accepted lead may apply. If the list is too small, you stay on the subscription and the monthly read shows why.

The Diagnostic, media and the Engine

Three rules that apply whichever plan you are on.

  • The Diagnostic fee is credited

It is a fixed fee, and it is credited against the first months of any plan you start within the window stated in your quote. It ends on one of four decisions, and stop is one of them.

  • Media passes through at cost

Advertising spend appears on its own line at what the platforms charged, and it is never hidden inside a lead price.

  • Torke Engine is quoted per team

Questions about pricing

Why does Torke start with a fixed fee?

Nobody knows on day one how many qualified leads your account list can produce or what each costs. Torke starts with a fixed monthly fee, then may add a fee per accepted lead to a fixed base after three months of measured results support Growth Hybrid or Growth on Outcome. Torke never bills per lead alone.

What happens if you deliver fewer leads than agreed?

On the Growth Subscription, a minimum number of leads applies after the first three months, and you receive a credit for each lead short. On the Hybrid and Outcome plans, the per-lead fee adjusts the bill automatically.

Can we reject a lead?

Yes, within five business days and with a reason from a fixed list agreed at the start. After five business days the lead counts.

Is media spend included in the lead price?

No. Media spend is passed through at cost and shown on its own line, so a fee per lead never contains a margin on your advertising budget.

What if the Diagnostic says we shouldn't continue?

Then you stop, and you keep the memo and the rebuilt account list. If you start a plan within the window stated in your quote, the Diagnostic fee is credited against its first months.

How much does a B2B lead generation agency cost?

Published ranges vary by model: one agency's 2026 pricing guide puts retainers at USD 2,500 to 25,000 or more a month and pay per lead at USD 150 to 600 a lead, usually without a written lead definition. Torke quotes in writing after the Diagnostic. If measured results support it, Growth Hybrid or Growth on Outcome adds a fee per accepted lead to a fixed base.

What is a hybrid lead generation pricing model?

A lower fixed fee plus a fee per accepted lead. Torke's Growth Hybrid applies once three months of data show the list produces the volume, with the per-lead rate calculated from those months.
